Typical Maintenance Program

Our typical maintenance agreements include the following services:

• Lawn areas will be groomed once a week during growing season March 15 - October 30.  Outside these months, areas will be cut as needed to maintain a manicured look.
• All curbs, sidewalks, driveways and patios shall be edged each visit.
• All shrubs and bed areas will be edged each visit to provide a distinct and neat division between the turf and mulched areas.
• Line trim around all obstacles where turf areas are too tight for mower access.
• All trash and debris will be removed from property every visit throughout the entire year. (Exception: debris caused by severe weather or unusual conditions i.e. storms, hurricanes, ice storms, etc. will be removed for an additional cost at owner/manager’s request.)
• Blow clippings from sidewalks, curbs, paved areas and beds each visit.
• All leaves and clippings will be removed immediately after trimming.
• During fall and winter months, falling leaves will be removed each visit.

Turf management program -Over seeding - Seasonal plantings - Shrub and tree pruning - Prescheduled mulching and working of flower beds
